Cielomar ('Sky and Sea' in Spanish) is the rooftop dining destination of Viceroy Los Cabos, delivering one of the most spectacular sunset vantage points in San José del Cabo from its perch above the Zona Hotelera. An open fire kitchen and wood-burning pizza oven define the menu—fresh tuna tartare, octopus, catch-of-the-day, premium cuts and flame-grilled fare alongside wood-fired pizza—while the cocktail program is considered among the best at any hotel in the area. Live music adds the final note most evenings. Closed Tuesdays.
